Jackeroo

The songs on this CD have been, and still are, part of my life and have indeed tracked my different experiences so far. The term ‘Jackeroo’ is used in Australia for a young man who works on a grazing property to gain experience for taking up his own property later on.

As always I am delighted to have No Man’s Band, made up of Iris Bishop, Gary Holder, and John Dipper, with me on the CD. An extra bonus is the participation of Mike Silver, who wrote the title track, and two lovely ladies Julie Silver and Nancy March.

We recorded this CD with Mick Dolan at his studio down in Cornwall at Port Isaac .
